The air-conditioning unit in our room had a dripping issue that lingered despite being reported!!! The hook and loop tape on the duvet cover needs fixing to avoid uncomfortable pokes during the night!!! The bath might look nice but really hinders a proper shower experience!!!

The staff were exceptional, showing a genuine commitment to hospitality and making our family feel welcomed. Our rooms were spacious and provided a comfortable retreat, and the nearby cafes offered delicious local fare that added to our experience. I especially enjoyed the beautiful city view from our room, creating a fantastic atmosphere to unwind in.
While the stay was enjoyable, the breakfast options were somewhat limited due to the designated area being closed.
